Koziol's philosphy is to create ideas for friends, producing fun, useful products that set trends and bring a smile to everyday routines. Koziol products are exceptionally well made from the highest quality recyclable plastics.
In 1927 Bernhard Koziol senior opened a workshop in the German town of Erbach in the Odenwald Forest. Initially he made ivory carvings, but soon started working with plastics. By 1935 a new injection molding machine allowed plastic products to be manufactured in quantity. Thermoplastic and transparent materials afforded new opportunities. In 1982 the brothers Stephan and Bernhard Koziol jr. assumed management of the company. The product range was reoriented, with a new emphasis on young, contemporary trend items. Now they have a staff of over 200 that are happily engaged in developing, producing and marketing sensually and sensibly designed gift ideas.
